Wylio
This is somewhat related to our class, in that we blog and have seen the light of the Creative Commons. I found a nifty site via TechCrunch that scours flickr for Creative Commons available photos, resizes them, and gives you the embedding code complete with attribution to the author. It is Wylio.

We need a "like" button on here. That is very cool. When I got the images for our class mashup* - hoping someone with better artistic flair would make a better one to replace it - I was reduced to keyword searching for pu domain/CC'd images. The librarians in the room know what folly that was.
ReplyDelete* still open to a rotating gallery of better images!
